Compare the same purchasing plan
Use the same specifications, quantities, destination and transport requirements when comparing quotes. Ask which amounts are estimates and which are confirmed. A low product price or a low service-fee percentage alone does not establish the final cost.
Small orders and additional requirements
Below 99 kg, transport requires a separate quote. Do not buy unnecessary stock just to reach a shipping threshold. Confirm assembly, wooden crating and special requirements before purchasing; free eligible returns assistance does not automatically include refunds or third-party costs.
Buying service fee
Product purchase amount × 9%
For ¥10,000 in products, the 9% buying fee is ¥900: a subtotal of ¥10,900. From 99 kg, by sea to a selected destination, standard door-to-door shipping has no additional charge. Assembly, wooden crating and other extra requirements are quoted separately.
Basic storage, inspection, eligible returns assistance and standard packing have no extra service charge. List assembly, wooden crating or special delivery requirements in advance and confirm a separate quote so the budget matches your plan.
- Free storage — Bring goods from multiple suppliers into one warehouse before shipping together.
- Free inspection — We help check your goods after purchase so you can buy with confidence.
- Free returns assistance — We coordinate eligible returns and exchanges with your supplier.
- Free packing — We group and pack your goods to prepare them for shipping.
Eligible returns and exchanges depend on the supplier’s policy. Assistance has no extra service charge, but supplier acceptance is not guaranteed.
