Why can light goods have a high shipping estimate?
Some transport quotes consider packed dimensions as well as weight. Share carton count, packed weight and dimensions; unknown values can be confirmed later. Our team confirms the weight basis for the 99 kg benefit. Do not apply another carrier’s volumetric formula to our eligibility.
My goods arrived at the warehouse. Why no shipping update?
Confirm whether the order is received, being checked, awaiting other goods, awaiting packing approval or dispatched. Share the order list, domestic tracking and last status, then ask what remains and what comes next. Warehouse arrival alone does not mean international transit has started.
Does Free Shipping include last-mile delivery?
Yes. For orders of at least 99 kg to selected destinations using our default sea transport and delivery method, Free Shipping includes standard delivery to your door. The 9% purchasing fee still applies. Customer-requested alternative transport or delivery requires a separate quote.
What about under 99 kg, urgent goods or wooden crates?
Under 99 kg, other destinations, air transport, alternative delivery, assembly and wooden crating require separate quotes. Share your intended use and required delivery date first. Avoid buying unwanted stock to reach the threshold; less coordination work is not a promise of faster transit.
What if goods arrive damaged or short?
Keep the outer carton, label and packaging. Photograph damage or discrepancies and identify the affected order lines, then contact the team promptly. Basic inspection and standard packing do not guarantee zero damage or full compensation. Resolution depends on the order, responsibility and applicable terms.
