Use confirmed packing information
Share known carton counts, packed dimensions and weight; mark missing information as unknown. The examples below do not define how qualifying weight is calculated. Ask the team to confirm the applicable basis instead of applying an assumed volumetric-weight formula.
Separate free basic services from Free Shipping
Free basic storage, inspection, eligible returns assistance and standard packing concern handling service charges. Free Shipping has separate weight, destination and default sea transport and delivery conditions. Confirm both parts of the quote to keep your budget clear.
Keep necessary protection when consolidating
Consolidation does not mean removing every original box. Identify fragile goods, matching accessories, packaging to retain and special requirements first. Standard packing has no extra service charge; wooden crating and other extras need separate quotes. Do not choose packaging based on unverified savings percentages.
Ask about the next action, not just the status
Share your order list and tracking references when requesting progress. Ask whether goods, inspection results, your approval or carrier handover are still pending. One team connecting purchasing and shipping reduces repeated explanations; the actual milestones and expected arrangements still need order-specific confirmation.

- 120 kg — Another shipping method or a destination outside the selected list: a quote is needed even above 99 kg.

Share product links, quantities, destination and any known package dimensions and weights. Estimated weight supports an initial check; weight and costs must be confirmed before shipping. An estimate is not a final quote.
